This is the third we have used Action Plumping. Ryan came out to replace our water heater. He was very polite and professional. We highly recommend Action Plumping.
Service for a slow drain. Jordon was great. Cleaned up after. Friendly young man. Happy with the work definitely keeping Action Plumbing in my phone.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but maybe this will save someone else some money and time. I called Action plumbing after seeing someone recommend them on a local fb page, was not told there would be an extra charge for the trip (I’m in Saint Johns) the kid came out, looked for 5 minutes at my pressure pump, said ‘I think this is what it could be’ when I asked how much, he seemed reluctant that he would even want to do it, said he could run to show low and get the part but wasn’t sure how much it would be. Jordan the tech was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did without being condescending. AND He cleaned up all the trash and mess before he left It’s a little troublesome to get the techs to arrive on time due to Continuous “ Emergencies “ With other clients, but I would still highly recommend Action Plumbing for your plumbing needs
