Extremely unprofessional. They don't return calls when a potential customer wants to throw money at them and further make themselves look more inept by making up very feeble excuses for not doing so. I wouldn't recommend this co to my worst enemy. To make a long story short their dispatcher obviously has zero idea about very basic customer courtesy or service.. During the heat wave I called these guys probably about 20 times... Never received a call back once. That was about three and a half weeks ago, still no call back.
