The work isn't bad but... I called Action one year to have them inspect our furnace before the winter season. They said they would call me back when they had someone coming to my area (only about 10 miles away from the town they are in). They never did call and I had another company inspect that year. The following year they did come out, but even after I asked them not to do any extra work without letting me know, they replaced the thermocoupler, which my husband could have done for less.
