Action Plumbing is a life saver! We had recently bought our home and needed our old, broken cast iron plumbing replaced immediately. We had a very tight timeline and Action came in with an amazing crew and finished the whole job in one day! We were able to move in with fresh plumbing, that has been perfect ever since. We are so grateful for Action Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone!

Anthony and his partner were very professional at their job and super kind. He went over my plumbing needs and got right to it. Both of them didn't waste any time either working. We called Action Plumbing to repair a leak on a 1" PVC pipe. The plumber had to replace a T joint and the process took less than 20 minutes. He then said he had to wait one hour to let the glue dry and then check for leaks, he sat in his truck for one hour. After an hour he checked it and it was fine. Materials used were less than $10. Days later we received a bill for $645.00 which was shocking. I was told the hourly rate was $195 when I disputed the amount which still didn't total $645.00. Very poor communication. I called after hours to inquire about a scheduled backflow test that may have been scheduled by the previous homeowner that used Action Plumbing prior to myself moving in. My information was taken by someone and I was told they would call me first thing the next morning. No one ever called or made any sort of contact with me other than calling me 2 months later to tell me I owed them $250 for a service that was supposedly performed but never communicated to me.
