Finally found a plumber I can count on. Ralph and Clay were great. Accurate communication, precise work, with minimal destruction. They came in and ran new waterlines to my washer, discovered bad drainage and ran drainage lines to the appropriate locations. Extreme professionals!!! 10 stars if possible
Ralph was great. Arrived earlier than estimated, called before to confirm that was OK. Temporarily fixed my hot water issue in about 2 minutes and then presented 3 options to make a permanent fix. Took about an hour to complete the option I chose and was a great experience.

I called Action Plumbing to investigate my cloudy water. When the plumber showed up he determined it was an anode rod in the water heater that needed replacement. Took all of 10 minutes. He stated he had to order it and would schedule installation after he received it. Like an idiot I paid him for the service call. THREE WEEKS PASSED so I contacted Action.
