Clay called to say when he’d get here, got here on time, quickly diagnosed and replaced water heater control unit. Clay clearly explained everything to us.

John was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.
Kyle and his assistant Diego were prompt and professional. They did an excellent job on removing and installing the new tank. They cleaned up after the job was completed. We even had some good conversations about the Marine Corps since I’m a veteran and his grandfather and his son were Marines. Glad to have hot water again!
