Ray is simply the best! He replied back to an email within 10 minutes, asked me to call- then, get this... he answered his phone and scheduled a day and time to see the machine. Not only was he 100% on time, he messaged me when he was on hisway. So helpful! Especially when you need to leave a work office. He went above and beyond. Fixed our pinball machine and gave it a cleaning (tune up). He is honest... fair, quick and does what he says he's going to. I have personally used Action pinball 3 times now and they are totally awesome fair priced and great to deal with . I cant say it enough about how they are great to work with and my kids are so happy to have the games up and running again . thanks again Action pinball we are happy with your service and will call again for any future repairs as needed .
