Overall, we were disappointed in the level of service based on the price we paid for delivery and the expectation of professional piano movers. We had our Kawai digital piano delivered earlier today by Action Piano Services. I want to start off with the good. The delivery guys texted before they got here and arrived earlier than the arrival window, which worked out well for me. I was happy about that. Excellent piano movers, from my first phone call through my delivery. By far the best movers I have ever used. Their office manager Sharon was pleasant and informative and the crew was exceptional. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I was very impressed with the service I got from Action. They moved a 7 ft. Grand piano for us, and did it in a professional way. The piano was delivered without a scratch, and set up in our home. I would definitely use them again.

Action Piano Services moved our grand piano today and did an excellent job! They were prompt, friendly, respectful and thoroughly careful with our piano. We will definitely call them again for any piano services that we need. They’re the best!
