I walked in today with no hope. And leaving today knowing I can have a happier life with shock wave treatment
Great experience. It was my first time doing physical therapy and seeing a chiropractor and they made the process easy and seamless. Everyone that worked with was also polite, respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend to all friends and family.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this provider!!! I attended physical therapy at this in network provider for about six weeks. My insurance plan clearly states that PT visits are a $20 copay, and that my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum do not apply for this benefit. After six weeks of treatment, I suddenly received 10 separate explanation of benefits forms in the mail showing that I now “owe” over $3,300 due to how this company handled billing.
