I chose Action PT as it was included in my insurance plan. The first visit was an evaluation, the second visit I attended the other location at the STABLE. The head PT, Dr. Katie, barely acknowledged my existence, then assignment me to Connor who worked with me for that visit and the next. He then finished his clinical and I was turned back over to Dr. Katie. At my appt., she spent less than 5 minutes with me during the hour and not one on one. The Action Physical Therapy team in Palm Beach Gardens is absolutely spectacular and all trainers and staff are amazing and very helpful, professional and nice. Special attention to Tiana and Shelby for their service and kindness. I recommend this office as one of the best in South Florida!! Thank you to the entire staff for all their continuous help.
