Sima communicated well, saw the problem (bees behind the siding) and went about fixing the issue but also educating us on what to look for. She took pride in her work and it showed in her confidence that if the issue is not resolved she will come back to fix it. Overall great service. Highly recommend.
Spoke with a representative who kept asking me if it was a "rental" (twice at different times during the same call, it is not!) and also implied that since I was "down the mountain", my house was probably fairly small. I explained that houses down here are more affordable than on the mountain and often bigger than the countless bungalows you can find up the escarpment... Not the best way to speak with a new customer, Hamilton is a beautiful city no matter which part you live in!
