If you have mice, Call Them ! Ask for Tim. He took the time to explain to me how they get in (he'll search your entire exterior), how to prevent that going forward, and how to resolve it. His gameplan resulted in a follow-up with no mice detected. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend getting a 1 year contract if you're like me and want preventative action. It's one thing to get rid of them currently, it's another to keep them out long term.
Sima arrived in the time window she quoted, was able to assess our situation quickly and come up with an action plan. The wasp nest in our wall was quite large and taking care of the job was not simple. She kept us informed of how the task was going and went above and beyond helping us get the nest fully removed. She was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone else with the same problem.
The service guy was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
Our tenant noticed a wasp nest and informed me mid afternoon on a Sunday. By Monday afternoon, the issue was resolved and the payment process was easy. I strongly recommend them.
