Sad to say they were not helpful at all. Set up rodent control for our home and prepaid for full year service. Came to the home once in 2.5 months, laid a bait box and traps in the attic with the promise of returning in 2 weeks to check progress. Also, included in service was a pest control application that never happened. Made several attempts at reaching the technician and their office for return service and never happened.
