Jay really should go back to paving school and learn how to put a drive in that’s on a hill. We live on a hill in Boxford and hired him to redo a section of the driveway on a hill. The first major rainstorm the driveway washed out. I called Jay and he said he can’t be responsible for Mother Nature. The old driveway and mother natured lasted 24 years. Called him a couple of times and he never showed up.
Action Paving and Jay are the real deal, HIGHLY recommend! Our street was in desperate need of repair. We live on a private road and the city would have nothing to do with it...or the access road to ours. I saw Action Paving in our neighborhood one morning paving, stopped and met Jay who came right over to my home to look at our road. I called for a quote and Jay was here in half an hour. He looked at the job and the changes I wanted to make to the existing driveways. He quoted a price that was well below the other quote I had. On the day of the work, the crew showed up at 7am and got straight to work. I stopped by at 930 and both driveways were completely removed and they were working out some complicated grading issues. Working with Action Paving was great! Quick and easy quote process. Once the job was confirmed the entire 70’ driveway was completed in a few hours from first truck in to last truck out less than a week later. And it looks amazing! Our previous driveway was not installed properly and had divots and uneven pavement. The new installation is perfectly smooth and graded properly. Would definitely recommend!
