I had my entire house repainted and rotted siding repaired in the summer of 2014. Then in 2015 the paint was already peeling in a few different areas and some additional spots were rotted & needing replacement! Not sure how they were missed the first time. Action did send out a crew for the painting to be replaced at ZERO cost. However I was disappointed that the "higher quality" paint was peeling after just a year. For the additional replacement of rotting wood we were charged full cost.
I had Action paint my house this spring they painted and replaced wood that was damaged I now have birds in my attic because they left areas open I have contacted them several times and have been ignored Can I give less than 1 star
Our home was painted in 2009 and it already needs to be painted again. I would expect a typical paint job to last 5 years...but the Pittsburgh Timeless was supposed to last far longer! Had I known that the Pittsburgh paint would only look good for 5 years, I would have gone with a lower cost service - Action Exterior sold us on the higher cost of their service and paint by claiming it would last 10+ years. So disappointing. Action will not do anything to resolve the situation.
