My 7 year old son unexpectedly needed solid ankle/foot AFO’s. Jacklyn went above and beyond to ensure they got done for us as quickly as possible and were comfortable for him. She was very easy to communicate with and worked so well with my complex son letting him know step by step what she was doing during the casting and fitting process. She helped us out more than necessary and I am so grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Jacklyn!
