So professional unfriendly and put me on the right track to my healing
A bolt broke in my leg and they were able to get me in fast even though I wasn’t their client they are so amazing in there
Jacklyn is a fantastic prosthetist… she has been with me from the beginning… always available when I needed an adjustment, or anything. She is empathetic, and cares about her patients. The office staff are great and very friendly and professional I would recommend Action Orthotics & Prosthetics to anyone requiring a professional prosthetist in the Okanagan!
Thought I was going to be happy with there service but everything with my dry fitting was off and was told it would be fix never was, told I was getting something never got just not a happy experience after losing a leg and a waste of my time cause now I have to go somewhere else so lost 4 months of my life and can’t work without my leg so now probably gonna lose my house!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
