I called several times with no answer. On the 7th try the lady picked up and put me on hold then the phone hung up. I drove to the place and the woman behind the counter was really rude.

I love the atmosphere the attention and the service.
Did a good job installing but then gate sagged from the weight causing the bolt not to line up with the small opening it must slide into and now it's almost impossible to open and close. I called them about the problem and they sent someone who remedied it temporarily but he didn't make the hole big enough, it sagged some more and now I'm stuck and must get someone else to fix it.
