Sold my scooter to them, and after being promised Id be receive the money in my account within the next two days, it took 2 weeks and numerous phone calls to receive the payment. So essentially they were in breach of the sales contract for two weeks as they had possession of my scooter without paying me. AVOID THIS PLACE. As other posters have said- once the sale has been made they don't care about you anymore even if they are at fault or in breach of contract!
I was a bit skeptical about this place after reading the comments here. And Joe's over-eagerness to sell everything didn't help with my concerns. But Tom and the rest of the staff were really friendly. They took immediate action when I had an issue with my scooter and did their best to solve the problem.
I ONLY LEFT A STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO ... YOU CAN'T RATE SOMEWHERE YOU'LL NEVER GO ... I am sad to say i can only imagine how BAD this place is ( and their store in Parramatta ), as my Husband and i have been trying to call both stores for over a week now several times each day & are yet to speak to a human being. WARNING!! Stay away!! Like many other reviewers I have had a terrible experience with Action Motorcycles. I bought a "new" motorcycle in 2013 only to find out later it was a 2010 model. The bike never ran properly. I took it back after one day to complain and they said it was running fine "that's how they run" they said. The bike kept getting worse and worse. I bought a Honda CB500F here a few months ago. Salesmans name was Joe. Great guy, great place, great service. Lots of helpful info and advice and a really good deal. 10/10 would buy again.
