I have been battling with my Car insurer for two months to get my car assessed and fixed. I finally get the go ahead to get it towed to a mechanic and start that process. Luckily Marcus was the tow guy contacted. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was disappointing. The customer service, in my case, felt rude and lacking in patience, which made the situation uncomfortable and stressful. Additionally, the costs associated with their services were quite high. Based on my experience working with other companies, this has been one of the most expensive providers I have dealt with, particularly regarding the towing service. I believe there is room for improvement in both customer service and pricing.
