Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in Australia. Extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone, unwilling to even let you get a question out before jumping down your throat. Terrible terrible business.
Not recommended.Customer service received was very poor. Very disappointing i attended the site to get some update on my car that was towed to site and was advised someone will contact me. Been two days didn’t hear anything . Called the office to get a follow up and was advised someone will get back to me. Haven't heard back since. Wont be recommending this place.
Very bad and slow towing service, waited for them for 3 days to come and tow my car with no response; one time called to check when they coming and a lady responded in a bad way; complained to my insurance company already! Not recommended :(
Excellent Service, helped me when I had a crash on the freeway and had no idea what to do. Took care of everything including giving helpful advice on handling the insurance claim process properly.
