Not recommended.Customer service received was very poor. Very disappointing i attended the site to get some update on my car that was towed to site and was advised someone will contact me. Been two days didn’t hear anything . Called the office to get a follow up and was advised someone will get back to me. Haven't heard back since. Wont be recommending this place.
Very bad and slow towing service, waited for them for 3 days to come and tow my car with no response; one time called to check when they coming and a lady responded in a bad way; complained to my insurance company already! Not recommended :(
Excellent Service, helped me when I had a crash on the freeway and had no idea what to do. Took care of everything including giving helpful advice on handling the insurance claim process properly.

Action towed my daughter's car after an accident and instead of asking her where she wanted it towed to they just said they'd contact her. They then towed it 3km to their yard and then charged a fee for having it in their yard. All up it cost around $450 for a 3km tow. Absolutely disgusting praying on people that are in shock after an accident.
