They towed my car from Taylor hills to their Sunshine yard ( 13km charged 20km ) and charged me $1,240 for just one night's storage . Before allowing them to tow your vehicle, make sure you ask for a full breakdown of all charges. Once your vehicle is in their possession, the costs can quickly become excessive. This business operates in a HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and concerning manner. I was initially quoted $1,700 ($1200 more then is legal) by the receptionist who appears to be mentioned in several other negative reviews. They then refused to show me any sort of invoice, luckily I recorded everything. Due to the circumstances, I contacted the police, who were already familiar with this company, which raises further concerns about their practices.
