I did not represent the buyer on this transaction, I represented the seller. However, the title company who handled the closing said Action Mortgage was on top of everything and were easy to work with. As a real estate agent who has been in the business for years, I'm always impressed with lenders who close on or before time and Action Mortgage was that lender for sure.
If you are looking for easy financing, don't look further. I do not do many reviews, neither do I give out 5 stars easily. However, Action Mortgage (especially Marcy) is the best broker I have ever worked with. Easy and quick communication, super transparent and great rates. I will work with them again!
