Oh boy where do I start. I called this company because I couldn't get my oil filter off on my motorcycle. They said they could come get it off. The guys arrives onsite and proceeds to not even try and just say its going to need to be towed. I ask if he can even try and he barely gives it any effort. He then tows my bike. As hes getting ready to tow it, my dad offered to tow it for free and the tow truck driver said "You can do that but ill still have to charge for the tow". I said whatever and let him tow it.
