Although the storefront is particularly well hidden, the gentleman who work there are very knowledgeable, and well versed in their field of expertise. Please note that, this business is not set up to sell to the general public. Water quality, and safety are paramount for professional contractors who are licensed to work on plumbing and well water systems. Water quality is a science and they know that business. I use them because they are knowledgeable, honest, and fair.

Find anywhere else to buy your stuff. I sold a filter to a customer so I placed a order 2 days before I had to install it I show up to pick it up and the filter was not ready then he said 2 hrs I will have it ready. Came back then he says no it's not ready it's gunna be a whole ill call you. So I left again. A day later still no call. So I went to crystal clear water treatment and purchased my filter and left with it same day. Beware of action manufacturing now sold to Franklin.

My recommendation to anyone attempting to use Action manufacturing as their water treatment supplier. Your best bet is to go to Coast Pump, Charger Water treatment, Melrose, Nelson Corp. action manufacturing has showed their true colors with their percentage based discount system, as well as giving preferential treatment to large suppliers like Culligan water, while putting small businesses on hold for smaller orders.
