Poor after-sales service. The technician broke my clip to reshape the air filter without telling me. As a result, my car makes noise as if I had installed a P-Flow… We contacted them! The manager is defensive and never wanted to acknowledge the technician’s mistake. On top of that, he doesn’t let people speak and addresses them in a condescending tone. It’s clear I will never go back there. Great company mentality—losing a regular customer over a $30 clip. Good job!
