I love the remodel – I come into the store all the time. I am upset to see these new poor reviews. I have bought, sold, traded and returned all with no issue.
THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – OMG...If you would like to feel like you are nothing, please feel free to stop by Action Loan & Pawn. They are very rude, abrupt, and dishonest. They will not give you a loan based on the value of your items. It appears that they are hoping that you will not find the means to retrieve your items. Dishonest – They will knowingly sell you a product that has flaws or is fake. When asked why they didn't tell you it was useless, their answer will be "you didn't ask". Their prices will be higher than you can buy any item at retail. Honesty is definitely not a job requirement. Oh, and by the way, that first review is such an obvious fake.
A truely great place – These guys are great, when i need money they loan me on things that no other place will. Also they give great deals on the things they have for sale. I like to go see what neat treasures they have when i have money to spend and know i can rely on them to get money when i need it.
My story begins on a monday where my paycheck had not come in on time, i tried several other pawn shops first only to be treated without dignity. Action took my bicycle subwoofers and what i thought was a fake gold chain since other shops apparently lied to me, Action told me it was real and loaned me $100 that really helped me out, i got my phone turned back on and made my rent in time all thanks to Action loan and pawn.
