Great school for beginners. I took my first karate class about a month ago and loved it! I would recommend it to anyone looking for more than just an average workout.
I had the opportunity to take a Zen 10 class today. What a great workout! If you are looking for a great way to spend your mornings, this is it. Ask for Roxanne, you will get a special treat.
