My son Declan has been training at Action Karate Chalfont since he was 3 years old. Karate has helped his confidence, respect, and leadership skills. He has really come a long way with his confidence. I remember his first karate tournament - we couldn't get him out on the mat. Now he is comfortable performing in front of big crowds. We feel like family at Action Karate. He is now testing for his Black Belt and we couldn't be more proud.

My was son struggling with self control, staying active, and a recent ADHD diagnosis. Action Karate was able to work with us and direct his Karate training in a way that complimented his struggles outside of the school. I could see an increase in his confidence and self-awareness. He was also excited about the different moves and katas he learned and was eager to show me at home. Now he is in the junior black belt program and I couldn't be prouder of all he accomplished at Action Karate.
My daughter has been training at Action Chalfont since 2021. We signed her up because we wanted to teach her confidence and grit. My son Noah started at Action Karate Chalfont around the age of 4. The first time for class, he wouldn’t even step on the mat. As you can imagine this was pretty frustrating for both of us. To make matters worse, my growing frustration made him even more reluctant to get onto the mat.
