If you need septic service I HIGHLY recommend A tipn Jackson Septic Plumbing. I can't say enough about the service. They were prompt, courteous, knowledge and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using Action Jackson for my future septic and plumbing needs.

My experience with them was not the best, First they had me scheduled for Thursday, then they cancel because they said it was raining and it was not. Then they called me Friday morning at 9 they said they were 30 min from my place, they did not arrived on time, I waited until 10am, I called them and they said they could not find my address. So I had to send them my live location unable to get to me. $500 for a 1000 gallon septic pumping I believe is too much, considering all the previous issues and the septic was not too dee... read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I was having problems with my septic tank. It needed to be drained and cleaned. I called them this past Sunday afternoon and they picked up the phone right away. Despite the rain, they came Monday morning to start working on it. Today they came back to finish their work. Very fast and efficient. Mr. Jackson was great at communicating and explaining me exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend it.

Contractors employed by Action Jackson have left live electrical wires lying exposed and unprotected in my yard for several months. I have given them every opportunity to have this situation remedied and I have gotten the run around. A second electrician that I had to hire to fix the problem at my expense, told me that they should “have their license revoked“. I would not recommend this business.
