This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. When we bought our house, the previous owner had them repair the sprinkler system and passed the warranty to us. Since we moved the system never worked so they came and they were supposed to fix it. The next again it didn't work so they came back and after the tech couldn't fix it the supervisor gave us an over $900.00 estimate to change 4 valves. We have now been rescheduled twice. We waited weeks for the first appointment that was supposed to be 06/24/2022 and they called after our appt time to say they had to reschedule with no reasoning. We then we’re rescheduled for today 07/08/2022 and after our appt time called to say it was canceled for the weather and couldn’t reschedule again until 07/20/2022. We had an issue where the pipes broke and caused issues with the sprinklers. The team they sent explained the process very thoroughly and had the repairs done without any issues. They were honest about pricing and guiding us thru the process. I definitely recommend them. As someone who is in real estate, I'm glad I found this company.
