I don't want to give them even 1 star. I had this sprinkler system installed about two years ago. Recently, it stopped working properly, so I contacted the company for help. They told me that my warranty had expired and said they would not come out to inspect or repair the system. I even offered to pay for the service, but they still refused to schedule a visit. Zero stars. My landscaper sent this company to install and hook up a system on new home and they used zero common sense to put the box in, they put the sprinkler panel next to my electric panel in my basement and the plug is full, and they tried telling me in order to use the sprinkler system I have to "go to a gas station and buy an adapter plug" due to the fact the one they brought was a three plug unit and would not fit in the outlet since it buts up next to my panel. Best all around
Called for an appointment. Left a voice mail and no call back. It has been 5 days. If anyone finds any reliable people in this type of business let me know. Everyone I contact stinks. I guess I'll be teaching myself to repair a leaky valve.
We had our sprinkler system installed today, all the guys that did the job were professional and worked hard. We already had a yard and the way they install the piping is seamless. It does not look like our yard was torn up at all. They were knowledgeable and took time to teach us how to use the system. They are a busy company so if they don’t call you back right away, you just have to follow up and give them some time. They are fair with their prices and are super friendly and got the job done!
