Rude lady to the right when you walk in the door. It would pay to be clear with customers about what insurance they are getting and the details of such. They give ZERO information and then belittle you and make you feel ignorant for not knowing. I don't know who else did not go to insurance school but it's not my job to know, it's your job to teach.
