I had a wonderful experience with Active Duct Cleaning Services. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very detail-oriented. They did a thorough job cleaning our air ducts, and the air in our home feels so much fresher.
With our 11-day-old infant, we awoke this morning to find our furnace broken. We phoned at 9:03, a technician arrived at our house at 9:15, and by 10am, we were back up and running. Jim was competent and looked at our gas fireplace, which we were having trouble keeping lit. Both are operating presently, and we have peace of mind knowing who to call for excellent, prompt service in the event of an emergency and what to do next.
Excellent service. We had Action HVAC Repair replace our furnace in February and they did a thorough and professional job. We had a separate issue with our AC this week and they put us on the schedule quickly and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly. Would highly recommend.
