I was hoping for a straightforward fix, and the repair seems to be holding well after a few days. The technician explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently👌
Thermostat installed quickly and works well.
The problem was a malfunctioning thermostat, and the technician efficiently addressed it by recalibrating the unit. The portable A/C now cools effectively without any further issues👌
I was expecting a routine check-up, and that's exactly what they provided — everything was assessed thoroughly in just under an hour. A week later, the system is running just as smoothly with no hiccups.
Given a previous poor experience with contractors, I was initially cautious, but they installed the thermostat efficiently within an hour and even took time to explain the new features. This visit went smoothly compared to my last repair service.
