Worst HVAC service, had them come out twice, and both time the technicians were totally unprepared and lacking the tools necessary to do basic inspections to check what was wrong with our system. Keep away from these people!!!

I would recommend staying away from this organization. We had our furnace inspected and a circuit board replaced. After speaking with the manufacturer I found out that the part was under warranty and the manufacturer stated "the service organization should have submitted a claim when they did the repair". There were no records of a claim being submitted and we were charged for parts that were under warranty. After speaking with Action Heating and Air they refused to make things right. I was shocked to see that Jim could visit my house in less than an hour after I inquired for an estimate. After receiving an email quote, which I thought about and replied favorably to, I was informed that, should it be available, I could have it installed the following day! (Not next week) I'm happy with the installation; both men did a great job being professional and working through the heat of the summer day to finish the job. Gratitude to Action HVAC Repair
