To start with, the designer, Shilin, listened and really understood my needs and came up with a beautiful, unique and practical design. Had Anton and Sean as my project manager(s) on the work they did to install a concrete pad in my yard for a hot tub. From start to finish, communication was on point, very transparent, and timely. Not often do I experience such good pre and post work processes to ensure I was updated every step of the way.
