Don’t buy a mattress here. The manufacturer doesn’t offer a warranty past 39 days.

Great furniture at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly. They showed us many options, helped us find pieces that would match our decor, provided a measuring tape, and let us take all the time we needed. Many of the pieces had bigger discounts than what was marked, so be sure to ask.

We purchased a sectional couch for our home at Action Home Funiture. It was a very long and unique size. They worked closely with us to get the exact couch that fit perfectly. After 2 1/2 years, one of the cushions started to come apart at the seam. We contacted David at the store and he had us send a picture of the cushion. In about 10 days, he had a brand new cushion that was an exact match for us: at no cost. That’s great, Customer Service!

I talked to Marty at 5:30 PM and asked him if he had a piece of furniture, and he said yes, so I said I’m about an hour away, and I’m gonna come and grab it, and he said OK. They don’t close until seven. I got there at 6:30, and there was a note on the door saying he had to leave. He could’ve easily called me from the caller ID, or I gave him my number to start the ticket. When arriving, I called him and asked Where are you? He said he would give me a $50 discount if I returned in the morning. So I came back the next morning... read more
