Action Homecare is not professional at all made reservations two months in advance then called again a month in advance to make sure everything was good had surgery on June 21st called right after surgery and they said they need documents from my doctor and got the doctor to fax documents for the 3rd time after that point we should receive a call from the nurse we waited to two pm the next day they never called so I called them and they told me still waiting on paperwork I explained to them that I sent the same paperwork thr... read more
Was supposed to fill medication. No call no show for Alzheimers and almost blind. Not appropriate, not ethical, not humane.
