Gentlemen showed respect in entering our home, saw the problem, gave an estimate, and with our approval, got right to the problem and fixed it.
Once again, Brandon was professional and courteous.
So far so good! Hunter diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor and is in the process of finding one. This problem was covered under warranty so I only had to pay for a service call. Jakob arrived today right on schedule to install the new blower motor. It took him less than an hour and cool air is once again flowing from the vents. Thank you Hunter, Jakob and Action for your timely response and repair.
I'm very satisfied with Action Heating and Cooling. They go above and beyond to fix any problems. Shane and his helper did a great job! Replaced dryer ducts, pressure regulator valve and fixed dripping faucet.
Twenty years as a customer, great place to do business with.
