Paid 450 to have an issue fixed, and when the AC broke again a few days later I called back and the perpetually-angry woman working the desk barked at me and seemed suspicious and accusatory and then hung up on. The service guy who came by a few days earlier was a nice guy, but it's such an absolute nightmare having to call them and talk to their dispatcher that I just recommend you go with the other game in town until the dispatcher gets a good therapist. Meanwhile I'm out $450 and the AC is still broken. Good luck

RUDE RUDE RUDE - The worst customer service - no calls, no emails received, no expectations set AT ALL so you know how a company works. NEED heat badly and this lady was like you are no different than anyone else. NEVER said I was - but it is urgent. Told they would not EVEN DO THE WORK AND THE RUDE B HUNG UP.

My A/C had to be replaced and they are the best. On time or early and helped us get back to a cool house. They are the only A/C company I would go with.
