I love my heater that action Heating and Cooling installed. They were very courteous and professional I would highly recommend them!
Paid $400 to have an AC issue fixed and it broke again two days later. That's fine, I understand these problems can be hard to diagnose. Plus the serviceman was kind. But when I called back and spoke to the dispatcher and insinuated that the issue was maybe not fixed the first time, the woman working the phones blew up at me. She was rude, dismissive , extremely defensive and then hung up on me. No compassion, no patience, no help.
