Beau was by to replace my 18 year old heat pump with a new one of about a third of the size and way more efficient. The SEER2 and HSPF2 ratings were as good or better than other models I compared it to for a lower price. Very profesional service. The whole instalment took about 6 hours. Walked me through what I needed to know before he left. Totally satisfied withv the whole experience. I'd give this company a 10 star rating if I could.
