I inquired about services at this location. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful. She guided me in the right direction with my insurance company. She helped me understand on what steps that needed to be taken in order to get home care service. I am very pleased with the customer service and the information I received on the matter.
The company provided great services for my loved one. Everyone was very professional and always felt like we were family. I recommend Action to anyone who is looking care for themselves or loved one.

There was a handful of new faces, a lot of employees quitting or canceling the appointments. Someone would quit and we would experience a week or two of no services.
