Website says they service Helen. After 15 minutes on the phone, they said they don’t service Helen or Demorest.
Unfinished service, poor photo proof, and charged before resolution. This was my first experience with Ned’s Home (formerly Action Gutter Cleaning), and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. A two-person crew arrived on 7/20/26 and spent about 20 minutes on site. They tidied up the ground well but failed to use standoffs to protect my gutters as requested. Found through Ned's Home Services and found them to be pushy. They are a phone center and sub out to contractors. Pictures of work performed did not show anything. Gutter were cleaned, supposedly, but photos were of the ground around the home.... Also supposed to tighten loose gutters and this was not done. They say they will come back out to address.
