I called my insurance company on a Thursday morning because a rock hit my windshield while driving, and cracked it. They referred me to Action glass. Scheduled the replacement to be done at my house the following Monday. They weren't able to give me an exact time until the day of, just 6:30am to 4pm. Monday morning I got a call at 7am saying they would be at my house within a half hour. They showed up, gave them my keys, and they immediately got to work.
