Action Glass is operating with a new crew. Jeff is a good leader in the field. He's been doing glass a long time, and he understands the meaning of hard work and doing a good, clean job. He's working hard to maintain the dignity to this company that my father built.
I am simply amazed at the customer service I received from Action Glass. I was kept in the loop of when and what was being done. Also asked for a quote on other windows and same day service was done for those as well. His workmanship and care for customers is impeccable. Thank you Action Glass.
My office glass door fell off of the pivot points (hinges) as I was leaving for the day on Friday. I called Action Glass. Jeff Cooper walked me through how to get it fixed back on the pivots and secured for the weekend. Jeff & his helper Garvin showed up on Monday and made the necessary repairs at the price quoted. Very nice and helpful. Saved me from an after hours or weekend overtime charge.
They are very professional and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others .
