Action Glass has done several jobs in our apartment and know our building well. A few months ago we had a large window with a cracked pane that was off a bent track and would not close. Kudos to the woman who answers the phone and made the appointment. She was lovely and accommodating. And then, of course there is Kenneth. Absolutely horrible business practices. They quote me a time frame to complete a small cabinet door of 1 day. Then they change it to it has to dry overnight. I call close to the end of the business day to inquire. Then they tell me it won’t be ready for another 3days. If time matters to you at all go somewhere else. The manager Rachel just wants you to come waste your time driving back and forth to get unrealistic quotes.
