They installed our Generator and had great contact and great customer service. We had a pool going in at the same time and they worked with the company to make sure it all worked. Wonderful communication and no unanswered questions.
I recommend to everyone for Action Generator in Conroe. They did super job from beginning to finished. If I have stupid questions and call them they answered promptly. Owner Tony came to house explained everything. Only took few days longer to finished was from waiting for City of Conroe inspection. Of course that I was expected. Thanks. Specially my husband has health issue and they did extra faster.
Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Issues from the start with scheduling a service appointment. At 3pm on the day of the appointment I reached out as a tech hadn’t arrived. Quickly I received four different excuses as to why he wouldn’t be out. I opted to cancel my new contract. Now, payment return issues and each time I speak to the office staff they have a different excuse. Techs may do a great job but the office staff is an absolute disaster.
Do not hire this company they will take your money and they don’t care about you..
Unreliable. Scheduled a repair for “Wednesday, at latest” with the exact issue and confirming they knew what part was required and had it in stock. Had to call them 5 times for updates on timing - always told “you’re at the top of the list”, “he’ll be there soon”, “he’s still coming, even if it is late”, etc. Only to eventually call the emergency line at 6:45pm and be told they would not come today and don’t have the part.
