Edit new trashy experience: 07/03/2025 Also they charged us for the service they did not do so basically clear theft. Unacceptable treatment I received from what he calls himself, store manager, Mike, at your Winter Garden, FL location. Earlier today, I called the store to schedule a tire installation appointment. Took daughter’s car there for 2 tires to be mounted and balanced. Decided to get alignment done as well. They called 2 hours later saying they can’t do the alignment unless we do control arms, lower ball joints and struts. Passed on the work and they refused to do the simple mount and balancing of the two tires we originally came in for. Don’t give these guys your business.
Super helpful and quick we were able to walk in and get help right away.
