I do not usually leave 5 star reviews but the folks at Mavis are always willing to help and answer questions. They are trustworthy and upfront about pricing. They do so much more than tires and I plan on using them for all I can. Thank you to the team for going out of your way to educate me on how to better care for my car and help with even minor issues!
I brought my vehicle to Mavis Tire & Brakes, 11203 W. Colonial Dr., Ocoee, FL 34761 for a routine oil change. My car was drivable when I arrived. Immediately after the service, my vehicle smelled like burning oil, began smoking, stalled, and the oil light came on. I returned to the shop right away. I stopped in this morning and tire air machine was out of service. I went inside and ask if they could put air in my tires. Tant said no problem and he came right out to put the Air in my tire. Thank you for excellent service T. I highly recommend using Mavis for your car needs. Very professional and always willing to help! Impressive young man you have working for you.
