Guys did a great job in helping me with my tire issue.
Shop staff was very professional. Came in for a full car inspection. It was done quickly and very thorough. Joe and Mike handled my estimate in a timely manner. Estimate was by far the better choice since I had called and shopped around. This Mavis was fair and honest about the service needed, they even brought me out to see what they were recommending and why. Again I can’t say enough about this shop. If you have any car troubles Mavis in Oxford is the place to go!!!!
Where do I start! The shop itself is clean and has a customer welcoming feeling. The staff up front Howard, Joe , and Mike are all professional. They listen to your needs and try to help you understand what is wrong and what is needed for you vehicle. The mechanics are always pleasant and helpful especially to stop and put it air in customer tires. Seen it first hand.
