DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I made an appointment here specifically to replace a tire and even confirmed ahead of time that they had the correct one in stock. I showed up early for my appointment and still ended up waiting an hour and a half. Then, after my car was already up on the lift, they tell me they don’t have the tire. No heads up, no apology—just complete disorganization. They told me to come back the next day and promised it would be taken care of. Wonderfully helpful and kind people. I needed air in my tires and find it tricky to do on my own. They stopped what they were doing and got it done very quickly and with a smile. No charge. Went back and got my oil changed later which was quick and easy. They changed my wipers too. I give them a five star review without hesitation!!
Took my Tahoe for spark plugs and wires they didn’t even change them. When I went to see for myself the plugs weren’t even plugged in and they were cut Car misfired and stalled had to tow it to another shop to fix it. When asked about it they said “sorry we didn’t know”. Corporate is nonexistent. Go somewhere else. 2k lost.
