When you enter the store, the customer service is terrible. The manager at the counter doesn't even say "good morning." The prices are ridiculously high.
I really don't know why they changed the previous manager, since both the new staff and the new manager aren't very friendly. They don't greet you, and they treat you as if your money were worthless.

Young woman at counter said my van needed 15 quarts of oil so would cost $197. I looked it up and it actually takes 6 quarts. I informed a man who reduced the cost to $102. When he got time, he informed the woman of her mistake. Weird that she didn't know that almost o passenger vehicle takes more than 8 quarts.
We had the most amazing experience here at Mavis! Navar has been incredibly helpful for the fix of our serpentine belt in our older Lexus SUV. I am completely satisfied with the fast and effectual service! Thank you very much for all the help. Would recommend %100
