I made an appointment online. It was very easy to do and it was done within a day. They came on time and the gentleman that serviced my furnace and my ducts was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend using this company.
Web booked an appointment with Action furnace for a tune up and clean. Clinton clarkson was friendly, professional and knowledgable guy He did a tune-up on our furnace, cleaned our furnace . Clinton explained everything exceptionally well, and was able to answer all questions we had.I really appreciate that he was able to take the time he needed and focussed on the job. I would recommend Action Furnace.

Guru was friendly, patient, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He showed me the existing capacitor and told me why it should be replaced. He assured me that everything else was in good repair. That is indeed a comfort as we head into the winter months.
The company calls me every year to remind me to book my winter maintenance, which I greatly appreciate. This year Kobe was on time, polite, courteous & professional. Suggestions were made, but no sales pressure was applied. I’ve had a number of techs over the years & they are all great. I’ll continue to be a member
