Poor communication! I spoke with a CSR on Saturday who assured me he would get back to me with a quote for flooring, when I hadn’t heard back I called on Monday and spoke to a different CSR who also assured me they would get back to me. By Tuesday I had no phone calls or emails which normally wouldn’t be an issue. However, they assured me they would get back to me before end of day.
BUYER BEWARE - ABYSMAL SERVICE! We moved into a new home over 2 years ago and we have received nothing but excuses and empty promises from this company. A simple nosing repair as a result of their flooring techs error which everyone agrees is a “small” job. So small they don’t care about it??? If you must buy your flooring from them then have someone else do they install and save the aggravation.
Excellent service, good prices. We were well served. I note in a world of terrible customer service, these folks serve well!

As for the execution, Erick was our installation technician, and he exceeded our expectations.
