Friendly and on time. They were not the lowest price but not too expensive either and my carpet came out very clean. They offered some other services but were not pushy when I said I only wanted the carpet cleaned (however I did get them to put scotchguard on the carpet after I thought about it). All in all, it was a very good job and they were very careful with everything in my home. They are my new carpet cleaners from now on.

I used Action Floor Care for my carpet and they did a great job even on the "accidents" my dog had. I am having them come back to do the ceramic tile. They were great!

I have 3 small dogs that come in and out the doggie door all day. I thought by getting tile floors put in my family room where they come in would help me keep the house cleaner. All they do is get the grout dirty and track it into the bedroom as well. I found Action Floor Care online and called them. I had forgotten how clean and light my grout actually was and was very pleased with the job they did. I asked them to come back and do my carpets the next day and they fit me into the schedule gladly. They were polite, clean, courteous and did an excellent job without charging me a small fortune. I will use them again. 5 stars

My name is Ken and I live in Clearwater. I called Action Floor Care to get a quote on cleaning my carpets. He offered to come out and give me a free estimate with no pressure. I told him ok as long as he didn't pressure us. He stopped by, looked at the job, inspected the carpet and gave me a price. We were very pleased because it was about half of what we were used to paying another company. He said he could do the job right then if we wanted, so we let him do the job. He was very careful and took his time to make sure the carpet was very clean. I wasn't very wet when he got done and it didn't take long to dry. He worked very hard and was not in a hurry to get the job done and leave. We liked him very much and he was polite and friendly. When he was done he asked us to look at the carpets and made sure we were happy. Before he left, we found out that he did ceramic tile and furniture too so we set another time for him to clean our couches. I would highly recommend them.
